I'd love to see any and all of those concepts fleshed out. As others have implied, that first images gives one an Iron Man "armor wars" vibe, with the Galactic Federation trying to make Samus obsolete. Mostly, I'd just love to see a sprawling, HD Metroid Prime game.

@Spaceboy: I actually just started last night, and I'd definitely recommend it. At the time it was completely overhyped, but now I think you can enjoy it perhaps in a new context - not as a Halo or COD killer, but as an impressive shooter that you can easily grab for $20. Still, it takes some getting used to.
