Yay! After moving to a new neighborhood this year, I've had the goal of walking or running all the streets in a few square miles around my apartment. I had been just using a printed map and highlighter but I like this a lot better!

This is exactly what makes Lifehacker so freaking awesome! Thanks for sharing this great tip!

We have been using a simpler method at our family cottage for years- freeze a transparent disposable plastic cup half full with water and put a penny on top. If the penny drops to the bottom of the cup you know you have a problem.

I am still a total paper book lover. It's just satisfying curling up with a book, the smell of the pages, the heft of the book. And there is the classic "Three B test" - bath, bus, bed.

I use a variation of this: 17 minutes of work followed by 52 minutes of getting coffee, wandering around the office, and reading Lifehacker.

I wish it would do more than look for the last thing I looked at. Bought my wife a purse on amazon through a link she sent me, next thing I know all my ads are purses.

Plus, when you are making marinara, it's extra fun to answer the door!

Now if they could only add copy and paste...

Just create a List with all the friends whose posts you always want to see. Then favorite that list so it appears up there on the left menu and rearrange as you see fit. Then use that instead of the built in feed. I use one for friends, another one for pages. And it shows EVERYTHING. And you can even customize what

Heaven forbid we get an actual news feed of all friends and all our pages in chronological order! The 'most recent' option doesn't show ALL of your friends either, pretty much just puts the top stories in order :/
