What - no garlic ice cream? It's quite the hit at the annual Garlic festival in Gilroy

Baking is definitely more difficult. It's a lot harder to cover up a mistake and it's easier to make them because everything is so precise. I'm a pretty good cook too. I just wish I had a better kitchen. No dishwasher kills motivation when you know you'll have to wash everything when you're done.

Sounds good but I just like 'em whipped with butter and a little milk. It is one of the very few things I continue to be picky about.

A good simple garlic oil sauce is amazing on pasta. I usually make much more elaborate sauces and then when the fridge is nearly empty or it's a lazy day make it. Every time, I wonder why I don't eat it more often. Rinse, repeat.

Yeah - it should get a Rocky-style montage when he is learning.

YIKES.

My only problem with that story was the person who hates garlic.

this makes me hungry. I fucking love garlic.

Hey, nothing dickish about being proud of an amazing sounding menu. I would absolutely eat every one of those dishes in quick succession and not regret my tummyache one bit.

Also garlic is awesome. That menu sounds amaze.

You're an evil, evil man, Pinkham. If I hadn't eaten shrimp last night I'd be coming for you with a pitchfork, across a national border, right the fuck now :-)
