I hope to god that there’s a sequel that features Cable.
Precisely. I think they’re going to realize that this is what people want, not sappy origin garbage.
Can we please reboot the X-men franchise around this?
They finally did something right. Other than Prof X.
Lower budget means they can take more risk. This movie might also be in the same wheelhouse as Fox’s previous R-rated hit Kingsman.
Cannonball was cut from the original script. His powers, if not his role in the movie, have apparently been given to Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Probably make the name fit her powers more. Also, haha Colossus got himself Worfed.
Basically what you said. There’s no way, unless Abrams lived under a rock for years, that he had no idea what happens to Han and Leia’s kids in the EU.
John Constantine lives! He just doesn’t have his own TV series any more. But there’s some good news as Arrow has…
I’m so looking forward to after this thing is released, when all the dirt can come out. My prediction is Trank will never work for a major studio again.
First off I would watch that film. More to the point I would watch that television show. How is that not already in production? Hutt crime lords and Imperial police forces, it’s the Sopranos meets the Wire in space. Pitch done.
I think it's safe to say Denny's knows a Thing or two.
That may just mean that Denny’s understands the Fantastic Four better than Fox does.
You probably think you’re kidding, but it’s almost more likely than not that’s exactly how the phone call went down.

Damn they’re getting creative with these logos.
I would do the sort of ‘Godfather‘ saga the Jabba the Hutt had to go through to gain control.
That phone call probably went like this:
I’m sorry Guillermo but no. I would prefer NOT to shit my pants everytime your version of Salacious Crumb popped up on screen.
Yeah, I totally agree. All the footage from the film looks great. It’s very JJ Abrams with all the camera movement, and it seems to work nicely. I do hope he keeps the wipes, though. That would be one technique that would tie it to the other movies.
