Looks better than my d80 at ISO 1600.

I know Iraq had quite a few ballistic missiles in their arsenal, and I would think that anything that could be extinguished with a Patriot missile could use this in similar effect, especially as propaganda to say "Hey, we shot down a bad guy's missile... WITH A FREAKIN' LASER! 'Murica!"

Yes, but I was more curious as if it had scrambled on any form of active interception runs, albeit at a smaller (non-ICBM) scale. Test scenarios count as Proof Of Concept to me.

I meant in actual combat, not a controlled experiment. Jerk.

As a PC gamer, I wholeheartedly disagree with this post.

So, all that money later, did it actually ever shoot down a missile, or was it just a Proof Of Concept?

Not compatible, womp womp.

We have those at work, stupendous.

You sure like your toast.

I'm kind of ashamed in myself that I've never heard of this band.

Does this qualify for Blood Week for Kendrick Perkins?

Good headline.

So who's that know-nothing 0.0001%?

I didn't even know that Ireland was a neutral country, and detained servicemen because of it.

I wonder if you'll be able to use these as an integrated solution for gaming (with the sound and microphone on). My guess is no, but it'd be nice to not have a wired connection with my wireless keyboard/mouse.

Although, if I could afford it, I'd go to FF in a hot second.

As a budding sports photographer who likes that 1.5x crop and is desperately needing to replace his archaic d80, I am looking WAY more forward to see what the d400 can bring to the table than the 800, whenever that may be. That being said, this thing looks like a pretty awesome successor to the d700.

Last time I checked it was about 8 years ago, tho.

Who does Wyoming think they're kidding? They don't even own TVs.
