I got pulled over in Texas some time ago for looking at a cop. Exactly what he told me. He had pulled up on a side street, going kinda fast, and hit the brakes at the stop sign, at the last minute. I looked over to be sure the car wasn’t going to run the stop sign. Didn’t know it was a cop until after I looked.

Here in Colorado, you can get a DUI for PUSHING your motorcycle or bicycle. Someone trying to be responsible can still get popped.
