I am still rocking my 2006 MBP 15" Intel Core Duo with max 2 Gb of memory. I can still run CS5 and Maya quite well. Rendering on the other hand...causes it to crash. Still, these things are little workhorses. Let us know how the huge jump in performance goes for you. Also, in the future if your charger goes to

If you are doing something that requires 16Gb then you probably wouldn't want the iMac. The Mac Pro on the other hand would be perfect.

Normally it annoys me when the redesign complaints roll in, but that was well played.

This reminds me of a time when I was crossing an intersection in NYC and the people in the car at the light were assigning points to the people as they crossed. When I crossed, someone in the car yelled 30 pts. I just stopped, stared, nodded my head negatively, and mouthed "no points". They got quiet real fast.

Why is a scroll bar a necessity?

They are putting a 2 liter diesel in the new Mini's. But I believe that is for Europe only too.

Spelling fail. You'll get them next time!

Soon as I saw his name on the title to this article I knew there would be ranters. Thank you for proving the point trolls. Of course we know how you feel about him. You won't stop reminding us.

Sir, we've located the rebel base...

@shift321: What's the issue? There was 2.2 lbs of Meth and 2 lbs of Cocaine. Totaling 4.2 lbs.

Small issue here. I like the viral marketing, but the game is rated as MA correct? This commercial seems to be geared towards teens, who technically can't buy MA rated games themselves. So then isn't it wrong to be marketing an adult product to underage kids? Kind of how cigarette commercials had cartoon

@bosrs1: Tell us how that works out.

@attozes: Unless you do some high end media work or intense gaming I say stick with the drive you have. Based on the stats you have given, that's a good drive and spending the cash to get an SSD may not be worth it. You may want to consider going with a SSD when you get a new laptop possibly.

@fintail: Do you happen to know what car that is on the right in the foreground?

@transitnap: It's essentially a reel for the company. It just has a loose plot to show the extent of their skill and work. Besides, how is it a hot mess?

@mrm: Is it really that much better? I know some people complain about Sense, but I don't understand why. I have the HTC Incredible, which I think is absolutely... incredible. But honestly, the ui is great. I have never had an issue. How much better is are these other options? What more do they bring to the

Finally! A PC that looks as sleek and well designed as a Mac, but just as unique. I am sold on the design. Unfortunately the price for this unit is a bit steep. But it is in the range of ultra portables that are that high end.

@powermatic: I also get a kick out of where I see people mount their GPS devices still. Many put them dead in the middle of their windshields. I guess they don't mind creating another blindspot. I always figured it worked better to have it located on the bottom left, towards the driver, just above the dash. But I

@powermatic: While I agree with you on this point. I love using the cup holder to transport my coffee to work, rather than be distracted drinking it while driving. So cup holders are far superior to the amount of distracting tech going into cars.

Apparently, my state likes to drop things... oh PA...
