My stuffed peppers (while better than my mother-in-law's *) are fairly generic. I do add rice that is a couple of days old as it tends to keep its shape better. My only "secret" is I mix as many different types of meat as I can. Oh and I use a steamer to "blanch" the peppers so they get a head start.

This is very nice and the swing/roll out tool storage is a great idea. I also like the top surface has a short overhang as this is critical for using a clamp to hold down work as you complete a task. Many small workbenches forget this and you are left without the ability to clamp your project to the bench.
