Thats about as much of a truck as a mini truck with a bed full of air compressors, lines, and tanks.

.3 seconds is a long ass time in the car world, especially when the 60-110 of the 911 is much more brutal.

Modified pancake compressors with a quick release and a leaf blower like nozzle to put right next to the bead - release the air all at once, and hope that the bead seats. It’s a huge pain in the ass and only a few shops do it.

To the point of post burn emissions, DPF deletes are abundant, and even under full throttle they barely put out any smoke. Euro diesels are smart.

It’s the bro trucks you need to worry about.

I think Subaru does this same thing, as a sort of “mod friendly” version.

Saw one of these lowered the other day... not shabby. Stock though, ew.

Saw one tonight on my way home from work. One of the only BMW’s I’d consider owning.

Is there any though into... putting doors on these cars? so in the event of a wreck like that you aren’t yanking the driver out through a window possibly worsening his back condition?

Or having some sort of quick release for the body work?

I instruct a driving clinic for new drivers, and i’ve actually had 2 students in the last couple years who only had one hand. One was a clear birth defect and the other I think was a wreck - with a prosthetic.

Student 2 with the prosthetic used the knob and did an impressive job.

Not gonna lie, that Voyager sounds really fucking smart. I’d totally buy one if I had the money. You could retrofit the rear cab to be a camper. fucking awesome.

They have no rent/mortgage, and probably didn’t go to college so aren’t saddled with loan debt. No car payments or insurance, so they can just ride their bike or motorcycle, live on $40 a week or so, camp out, etc.

Consider what you could do with a month’s income if you had no bills or debts to pay.

My 08 Rabbit was ridiculous to drive. With some aftermarket 17’s and some sticky icky, it was stupid fun on the autocross course and the occasional back road. Torque for days out of the 2.5L 5cyl, and perfect balance between slidey rear end and grippy front.

I feel like the wind was in your face regardless of which direction you were facing.. Thank god for aero bars.

I’d buy one and I love cars. I don’t like commuting or driving long distances through the night. If I could get in my car at 10pm, go to sleep, and wake up 10 hours away, I would be ecstatic.

Also think of the truck possibilities, with autonomous highway freight... it would be incredible.

Consider that 99% of the time

That honestly looks like spectator area, it might be a road into paddock or parking somewhere else.

Also:
3 right, don’t cut.

It’s also the busiest airport in the country. So if it’s not on this list, they must be doing something way way way right.

I will say I don’t enjoy riding the train, I feel like it’s just as fast to take the moving sidewalks while walking.

I’m happy that the busiest airport in America was not listed. Go Atlanta!

Very true. Nor do they understand that these cars don't have AC, the drivers are wearing multiple layers of fire retardant clothing, and the cockpit is 100+*F. But whatever, their loss.

another great one. Excellent post.

I've always enjoyed this, it's a great example of why racers are athletes. And anyone who nay says this, can't be reasoned with.
