Because i'm speaking political truths on a car forum? It's cool bro, continue thinking that we're at war in the middle east for political gain and freedom, not oil or any corporate interests.

They also have to live on a boat for months at a time and you know, give up their souls for the american corporate overclass to pull the strings of the war machine.

It's terrible on any loose surface, and in any sort of tight radius turn. The only point it does well is on large sweepers, otherwise it's just crappy and slows you down or keeps you stuck.

Not to mention passengers in the back seat...

Tartan, not plaid. Plaid is a blanket, Tartan is the pattern.

But you get LED tails. To most americans, that's worth 10k.

Seat swap is actually pretty straightforward. You should be able to do it in less than 30 minutes. 4 triplesquare bolts on each front seat, a few connectors for airbags, and they're out. The back is 2 bolts, and some interesting pulling for the bottom.

With the money you'd get plus tartan seats in a swap, you could

I just want to make sure everybody understands what the "Electronic LSD" actually is in these cars.

It's an ABS module that brakes one wheel so the other one can "get traction" and it sucks ass.

Not since January 1 2011. Everything became a "Package" deal. I'm just glad I got in before that so I could have xenons and a sunroof and no bullshit dvd navigation system or floor mats.

Since it was mentioned, does anyone here have a metal roof? I'm in need of a new roof, and I'd like to save money while also doing something slightly better for the environment. A lot of folks in the neighborhood have replaced their shingled roofs with metal, and I'm interested in the pros and cons.

Anyone?

The real question is whether or not it's REAL honey, or just HFCS with flavoring. I doubt it's real coming in in that massive quantity.

I like Wine Folly. Their approach is very simple and endearing. Make wine enjoyable by not being a pretentious douche. This infographic is great to get an idea of what you can expect in most wine.

I like to do most of my own work (yard, car, kitchen, etc.) but I absolutely hate cleaning the carpets or any other slow tedious cleaning job - like pressure washing the deck.

I'll gladly pay someone off CL 100 to pressure was my deck/driveway or a company to come in and deep clean my carpets.

Chevy Volt? Rumored to be the end all be all of electric cars with new technology, turns out to be a chevy prius...

Biggest upset ever.

You would probably break the cream by adding the water the would remain in the tin on the walls.

Exactly. That was a total dick move that should not have happened. Hey let me get in on the middle of the track ladeeda herpa derp.

There's usually a pretty big difference between a new car that just got off the shipping container from germany, and a new car that's been on the lot for a year. Or at least a big difference in the incentives. When I bought it, they were offering 0% on the previous years model...

I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I did order the car from germany, so it wasn't a year old sitting on the lot deal.

But to me that should be more reason to cut me a deal.

1.7% on the refi from the credit union though.

Looks like a chrysler/vw van to me

Most people probably wouldn't be offered 1.5% on a brand new car though. I have great credit and couldn't get below 2.3% when I bought my golf. Credit unions couldn't even touch VW's rates.
