That all depends on if you have directional tires. I can't think of many tires that are still being made that can be swapped FR to RL and vice versa.

Are you sure the tread on your tires is made to rotate both directions? The sidewall should say (ROTATION >>>) or (OUTSIDE>>>>) on it if it is.
