Clipless on the roadbike, with a flat enough surface to wear normal shoes and get decent power output. Flats with gnarly pegs on the mountain bike because I still suck and need to bail quicker. Plus it's a lot easier to not have 2 pairs of biking shoes and clips and blah blah blah.

All clipless pedals were not created equal. Some are better for certain riding styles, and techniques.

It's also only good for one person in one precise position. Not the best for a movie experience.

Do you have body image problems? Or are you just upset that you aren't attractive enough to sell cheeseburgers?

I guess it was a combination of his clothing color, and his inability to sit with his back in the seat that did it. Seats adjust for a reason richguy.

Is it just me or does it seem like he's not wearing a seatbelt?

Damn

I can't quite figure out how they made it so heavy.

Facts? impossible. You point out hard numbers, and the opponent will just say that you can make numbers say anything you want. The equivalent of plugging their fingers in their ears and saying NANANANANANICANTHEARYOUNANANANA

Ticketing people cruising in the left lane would be amazing.

Set up cameras, and if someone is not overtaking and they are in the left lane, send them a fine. It doesn't have to be hefty, it just needs to be annoying enough to get them to use the PASSING LANE for what it is intended. dickbags.

I think it generally averages around 50 a day, but when I get bored and my fiancee is also bored and we're not together, it can jump into the hundreds.

I think it's somehow related to the perception of work. Biking is an adventure, and while it sucks going up the hills, you're generally rewarded with the downhill. Maybe your brain sees it as less of a workout and more of a normal routine that just happened to deplete you of calories.

Whenever I finish a great mountain bike ride, I'm always starving and ready to drink beer.

I think we also end up losing out a bunch due to EPA regulations with all of the exhaust/emissions standards in the states. I think a lot of the companies just don't want to have to try and build something new that will comply with us standards.

It just totally kills the flow of the game. You either watch the cutscene and fail, or you just focus on what the buttons are that pop up and miss all the prettyness that you're supposed to be watching anyway.

That's something you need to expect when you talk anti-science about something that's real.

I don't think you fully grasp the consequences related to shifting temperature zones. Something most non-biology/science people don't really seem to get, so I can't blame you.

this post gave me cancer

Don't forget that warmer climates further north means new infestations of bugs that have no natural predators because they've never been there before.

I agree. It just ends up being a "oh that's what you do" progression where you miss the first one, then do it again and then miss the second one, then do it again and miss the third one, and so on. Really takes the fun out of it.
