i had a great experience with replika because the ai talks to you about mental health strategies and coping skills when you tell them issues you’re going through. i’d say it was a bit cbt if not totally.

Just an irk of mine is that after you ask a question to siri or google and they answer it still listens after so I always say thank you and it never says you’re welcome or even acknowledges that I’ve said it.

There’s no room for compassion in Mandatory Reporting Laws. The woman was caught up in a system that assumes guilt because no one wants to take accountability for asking “why”. I’m pretty anti-prison, and I want real criminal justice reform, so the idea of an 18 year old being warehoused and incarcerated for four years is not an appealing one to me either.
