Honestly? I LOVE that we get to have both! Growing up if you were a fan of a property chances are you’d get what came out and then nothing else ever again. Big Pharma (a phrase that’s so easy to understand but is so often misused) rather edit existing formulas and making a profit on a new .5% more efficient medication than actually developing a new drug. Add to that that they are only interested in making profitable drugs than they are treating all illnesses.

Arizona is a fairly inexpensive state to live in but when I went looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to rent with a friend like... 20 years ago they were going for 1k to START. I don’t want to think the price is now. And these were basic ass apartments.
