I’m suddenly reminded of those head/whole body freezing companies that were popular for awhile. I know of at least one that went bankrupt and the bodies were thawed and disposed of (I assume buried, cremated or disposed like medical waste).

The only reason I haven’t gotten my tubes tied is because I tend to not be in relationships. If I end up with a male partner then I’d want to get the tubes done, though I’m also hoping for early menopause.

I have panic attacks just THINKING about pregnancy and birth. It gives me massive dysphoria and I’ve had to leave a number of relationships despite my saying upfront: I don’t want kids. I will never have kids. If despite my best efforts to not get pregnant I happen to get pregnant I will get an abortion.

Adult only baby showers seem perfectly reasonable to me. A lot of time the discussions can be rather... above PG-13 and sometimes adults just want to hang out together and not have to deal with kids.
