I agree no one that wants a real truck will buy one of these. But I also dont think that this is the target market.  I think it’ll sell quite well and out of the gate they can’t keep em’ on the lots (no doubt that has at least as much to do with supply as it does demand).   But, I think it’ll do well.  Its downfall if

The prelude is prime for a comeback.  If this is a 5 door.  The Civic Coupe is gone. the Accord coupe is gone.  Honda needs a sports coupe/2 door.  I’d love an S2000 but I’d write a blank check to my dealer for a Prelude.

not a very high bar you set there by saying its better than a solara. Sure its also better a toyota paseo convertible too.  not sure that makes it a great value/buy.

I actually am one of the few that truly like this design.   A few mods is all it’d take.  But the price is nuts for its age and mileage.   And even if it was pristine, the fact that it grew up in NYC is enough for me to run.  NYC destroys cars. Shit roads everywhere.   I’d bet that entire suspension will need work in

Great answer. I’d say each generation got at least 50% better. (Subjective) but such a huge difference for the better each time. Its not like they get a little updated/better. Its like they leap forward to a new level each time with the Genesis sedans.  Each generation has wowed me over the previous.

Its not that the car or Lexus sucks. But that price at that mileage is nuts. and is at least 5k over a reasonable figure.

I was with you till... “even speed cameras for watching roads.”

No.

Also unlike the Tesla it shoudln’t feel like it was put together by fisher price.

Its still literally the only EV thats in production that I’ve actually said... man I want that. And would buy with my own money if I could.

1st gear.  Their decision to do a 4cyl lineup only with various levels of FI/electrification throughout their entire range completely killed ICE within their line up in the first place to me.  I love their vehicles and its appropriate for certain models/trim levels, but to ask that kinda money for a fully loaded XC90

So what. The Rav4 isn’t #1 based on merit. It is so because of the perceived longevity buying one will hold. The Rouge probably is nicer in and out and better to drive in everyway. But it wont beat the Rav long term.

Note they dont have the CRV on the lot. Because they know it’d blow the Rogue outta the water on day

Yes. These are literally the only two available options in 2020. I would even allow the Mustang. Otherwise, there are zero other choices that come even close.  none.

Exterior looks a LOT better. Interior was great but severely lacked decent infotainment. If thats fixed then I’d say they took care of what ailed it.

Looks great, can you share some information on that work bench? did you create that urself from scratch or did you buy that?

“If you were shopping for car knowing what you know...would this be an acceptiable offer?” - I like this. I may have to use it.

Been looking at a Ram 1500 this past week Its insane the sort of tricks these damn dealerships are still playing. I’m not expecting 20k off sticker just because I can breathe and ask. But, they run me around for days not replying to e-mails. Then when they do they come back with an offer with a selling price $3000

1000x THIS.

I think its gorgeous. Easily one of the best looking designs to be excited about in 2020... A close 2nd will be the production TLX Type-S.

Nope. Like it just the way it is.

User Error. My wife and I do fries in in the air fryer often and they come out great.
