Good thing no one asked you.
Good thing no one asked you.
Thanks for the Richard Berman research! I am on the education side of things, so I've encountered the "Center for Union Facts" a few times when arguing with idiots. I can't decide if I'm relieved or even more creeped out that the same guy runs similar scams in multiple industries.
Thank you so much for this piece.
Yes Martin has set a precedent for resurrections by red priests, but always at a really high cost, and it doesn't seem that the people are really alive and themselves when they come back. What I mean is, he is not gonna be in a state to court Dany and father any children as people seem to want. No matter what will…
I don't even know how to respond to you. Stop being so wrong? Look Arya, Ned, Lyanna, and Jon all have grey eyes. Catelyn thinks Jon looks more like Ned than any of her children. Bran thinks Jon has grey eyes. Samwell thinks Jon has grey eyes ("It was Lord Snow who faced him now, grey eyes as hard as ice." - side note…
His death frees him because a part of the Night's Watch vows is to "live and die at my post." If he has already checked both boxes for "lived" and "died", then presumably he's no longer a member of the Night's Watch if or when he comes back somehow, because his oath would have been fulfilled.
(sigh) I still miss "Roose Change"...a beautiful theory slain by an ugly fact.
Except realizing that the woman he loved had a child with another man (possibly willingly) would have done a lot to destroy love for a man like Robert. The only picture of his love for Lyanna that we get is him in the present, idealizing her in the past.
******THIS POST IS DARK AND FULL OF SPOILERS*******
Well just a reminder, a few chapters previous Mellisandre was viewing her flames trying to see Azor Ahai, expecting to see Stannis. But she saw Jon Snow instead. So...may not be an issue.
There's a lot of book evidence to suggest that Jon's body will remain intact and still fine. Dance mentions several times that the ice cells are perfect for preservation. Someone could be dead for weeks and still look the same as the day they died.
Don't you mean *stabs in the stark* ;D
There are some spoilers in terms of what happened in the books in the post. The theory itself is a hypothetical spoiler. But more importantly, I want to just want to give spoiler purists every opportunity to back out.
THEY MADE A CLIFF HANGER MOVIE?
It looks absolutely fine. The headline is a leading question based on the fact that most anime to live action conversions usually end up pretty bad (think "films based on computer games"). This actually looks decent though. It ticks all the boxes of all the elements you would expect from Lupin, has some of the iconic…
It's a part of a very long-running series; I think willful anachronism is the way to go. It works well on the similarly light-hearted Archer.
I'm sorry, but if you didn't care, why didn't you just scroll down and clicked on something that you "care" about?
I may be wrong about this, but IIRC, pretty much all of Europe has rather expensive food compared to the US, and it largely has to do with the fact the majority of US food production is subsidized by government money, to give us the illusion that we're not paying an insane amount.
Woah, where did my normal, intelligent Jezebel commenters go? For the 1,000 time:
