Playing this in handheld mode made me feel 25 years younger. Was well worth the roughly hour’s worth of time playing to unlock. Fingers crossed for an NES theme to be available sometime down the road.

Peachette then? How about that?
My money is also on Super Mario Bros. 2 (Super Mario USA in Japan) being an extra game mode filling that slot. It makes sense since it has enemies that you don’t see in other Mario games like Shy Guys (though they are everywhere in the Yoshi games), plus the mechanics where you pick up and throw enemies as opposed to…
Sometimes putting your feelings/thoughts into the right words takes some time. (And possibly other articles, deadlines, events, etc. eat up time that could be used toward writing this piece). Sure the trailer is a week old, but what I think Joshua was getting at here was his defense of developers. Not necessarily IGA…
I second this motion.
Ash to Gary:
I have not had that happen when trying to occupy a bed with a villager in it. I think that only works when trying to occupy a bed that another player is in. NPC’s I’ve had no problem giving the boot on the Switch version.
It’s not 100% foolproof. The village I was working on recently still got a Nitwit, and there are plenty of unemployed there with open workstations and occupations needing to be filled, but they just aren’t biting. Not sure what that’s about.
No no no, don’t put them in YOUR house in the village.
I’ve found a few solutions to handling these new villagers.
One of my favorite ones is his tweet describing how he’s on a flight, someone opens up the overhead compartment and finds a bunch of skateboards in there and goes, “What, is Tony Hawk on this flight?”
And Ross O’Donovan marks his calendar.
2009 game.
Oh I’m absolutely sure either he or Aykroyd thought it up.
Y’know, now that I think about it...
I’d like to see that be part of a “3D Castlevania” collection that includes Castlevania 64, Legacy of Darkness, Lament of Innocence, and Curse of Darkness.
Reminds of that one Easter Egg / Achievement in the official Ghostbusters game that came out years ago (R.I.P. Harold Ramis). As the rookie Ghostbuster, you’re back at the hotel where Slimer was originally found, and while ghost busting, you head into an area set up for a Bar Mitzvah. There’s lots of food laid out for…
So so far, the North American release has the following games:
Interesting! This collection includes the first 8 Castlevania games made, period. It may not have the newer titles starting with Rondo of Blood and up, but that actually gives me hope for a potential Castlevania Collection 2 to be released later that includes the later games. Kind of like how they split the Mega Man…
