I agree. The payoff for completing the Kirby 20th anniversary puzzle is very rewarding (and adorable). Other good ones include the Luigi's Mansion puzzle, the Chibi Robo puzzle (for all the activity going on in the back and foregrounds), Xenoblade Chronicles, Fire Emblem Awakening, and Rhythm Heaven Fever.
