So this isn't actually funny, but it does work on a nostalgic level and it's totally fun seeing these guys back together.

I don't have all the examples, but it feels like covers of David Bowie's "Heroes" is getting a little overused in trailers.

What does it mean? Why, Canadian tuxedos, of course!

This game was impressive to watch, as the Warriors so completely dominated the Thunder that it was almost an embarrassment to watch. And Westbrook couldn't touch Curry; any questions about who the best guard is in the NBA were answered by Curry last night.

Of course Love's stats are down across the board. I don't get why this is surprising anyone when he is on a team with arguably the best player in the league and a top-10 PG. On the Wolves he was THE go-to scoring option. Now he's just A go-to scoring option, so his diminished stats are kind of to be expected. Not to

These shots aren't going to take themselves.

Wow. When the Lakers are actually allowed to be a team, they play like a...team. Huh.

Watching society collapse during the initial outbreak and keeping it set in a city (the whole time) is about the only thing they can do to tell a story that's different enough from what the TWD already does to justify this spinoff's existence. Otherwise, we're watching the same show just with different characters and

Are we not talking about Kylo Ren ignites his lightsaber? There's been a lot of speculation that this character is played by Gwendoline Christie. Of course it could be misdirection, but this lends evidence that this is not her.

Wow. The cinematography/color palette look absolutely gorgeous in this trailer. Even if it sucks, this movie will at least be very pretty to look at.

You didn't miss anything. I had to rewind the scene just to make sure, because they completely glossed over going to catch him.

If it turns out that the Inhumans are being introduced in AoS (which I think that they are), this will be one of the most brilliant moves Marvel has done thus far (and the crossover with The Winter Soldier was pretty awesome).

Wow, I loved the suit design in Halo 4 and thought it was a vast improvement over 2/3. It looked more functional and lived in than in previous games. A matter of opinion, of course.

Hipsters with gluten "allergies".

Fucking awesome.

So is Ant-Man meant to be some kind of bridge film into Phase 3? It's odd to have a post-Age of Ultron movie still be considered part of Phase 2.

Well, it certainly looks like a Niell Blomkamp movie. I just really hope it's got more going on underneath the hood thematically than what's in the trailer. Because as it stands now, it looks like E.T. fucked Johnny 5 and gave birth to this movie.

I agree. And I think District 9 is all the proof you need for a modestly budgeted genre film like Alien not only getting made today, but being successful, both critically and commercially.

I don't know. $33 million is an extremely modest budget in today's Hollywood and I could see a studio rolling the dice on a genre film with that kind of price tag attached to it. District9 is the bright, shining example of this, and why I think Alien could get made today.
