Excellent first hand look at what it’s like to get into a rally stage to spectate. It is exactly what I want to do with my family next year, but I don’t know where to start and we don’t know any “professional spectators.” Jerry Heinonen, if you are out there, are you willing to show a family of four WRC loving fans

The Sierra is actually the big boy 1.5L wide version of the Jimny(s).  Big, but not really.

What you heard about racing on circuits costing exorbitant amounts of money is BS. Normal people don’t rent out circuits, shops usually do. Then people join the track day for around 20000yen. Bigger ones like Fuji, Okayama, Suzuka etc cost a bit more. Smaller tracks which are abundant all over the country are cheaper.

Personalized number plates are on first come first serve basis. Just a little bit of money to apply for one and if their isn’t someone who has it already in your area/city than you are golden.

$6.11 here in Osaka. And that is cheaper than last month! Woot! Woot.......

Great article. But, the opening image is not of Bosozoku. Those are just asshats on loud scooters. Hardly a 'gang.'

Judging by the tasteful external modifications he is a classy driver -

There was no IS200 or 300 in Japan. This is most likely the RS200 model with the 2.0l engine.

I have no idea what that means. What does that mean?

They last manga comes out in November. How is this spoiler even possible?!

Sadly they are not on display anymore. I managed to get the family there the week before the exhibition finished. I did not manage to sneak any home though :(

Ask him why he uses a Kobe license plate. Just curious....

Cool rear/side view mirrors.

Just thinking, "what a great song" " I know that voice" "I should look it up." Good call.

ahhhh, I haven't heard that name in years. Saw him as a boy and ....well... that's it. Good show.
