Now I want to see FFXI (as others have said), Borderlands and (especially) EVE Online.

@Inzoum: The Bridge at the Edge of the World has a much better salad bar.

@cokefan999: One Blastoise. I wouldn't use the other 5 anyway.

@stop2: Except shit. 100% of shit is shit.

@metroidsashimi: As someone who was introduced to the Ogre Battle games with OB64, I can tell you without a doubt there's no troubles starting with that one.

Count me in!

@Joghobs: Kong in Concert is linked above, and to add my two cents: it is fantastic.

I just spent 5 minutes trying to figure out what this had to do with EVE...

Just a heads up because I didn't see it reported anywhere (hopefully I didn't miss it and am about to look like a dork):

@MJDeviant: Presumably that's because you checked it out with an adult card, which isn't necessarily tied to when the rest of the world is willing to consider you an adult for purposes of responsibility. I can't speak for all libraries, but in my system you're eligible for a library card with full responsibilities at

@fulldamage: Rutgers University. I don't know if it's anywhere near your neck of the woods, but it's sixth in the nation for LIS graduate programs and has comparatively cheaper tuition.

@katsujinken: The only way I can think of that we treat the game collection differently than any of the other media collections is that we circulate them in larger bright-coloured canvas hanging bags so they're harder for the patrons to lose (since they're more expensive to replace). That doesn't include collection

@Chester Coat Sleaves: In my LIS program there are plenty of us. And the YA Librarian in my library system hosts weekly game days for the teens (sometimes they alternate systems, sometimes she lets the kids decide if they can agree on something (I often see Brawl up on the projector)).

"I hate new content."

@Archaotic: The end of your first post made me think of Johnny Jump Up, and now I can't get it out of my head. Thanks a lot.
