I myself was a service advisor at a VW dealer too. The worst was people going on VW/Audi forums VORTEX and wasting our time chasing a problem that doesnt exist but it happened to someone else’s Passat or Jetta. Dont get me started on what pieces of junk the early Touraegs were.

When I was in the Army, everytime we do some shit detail or have a bad day we would always say with out fail “I should have joined the Air Force.” Now I live in California next to a Airbase and everyone I work with at work is NAVY or Air Force.....oh and my roommate is Airforce as well.
