wtf...

Cat cafe's exist?! Why?!

Well of course you can't make everyone happy and some people will be happy with similar but slightly different approaches. For instance, on your Valve to consoles, I'd be ok with Valve being on consoles if all your games and data were shared between consoles and PC's while also sharing the saved data and trophies, but

As much as I want developers to profit, completely blocking used sales isn't going to do anything but cause an uproar of anger and angst from their consumers. Not the best method of going about it in all honesty.

I haven't but I've seen my girlfriend fall asleep while playing the Diablo 3 beta, but she can fall asleep doing ANYTHING, which is why I drive at night. Yes, she has fallen asleep at the wheel. My friend used to fall asleep on a very, very, very regular basis playing FFXI. I don't blame him on that one, that game was

Gamecrazy only really went down thanks to Hollywood Video. The GC section was usually doing really well and making good money.

Was a stress test on probably a handful of servers to most likely se how many people they could have per server before it shits on itself. They got exactly the information they wanted from it and hundreds of thousands of people got to play what was basically a demo of the game. Win/Win situation for Blizzard.

One of the reasons I'm getting Torchlight 2. I want a fun dungeon crawler that I can play when I'm not near an internet connection. Also, I only had rubberbanding issues when the server was about to crash.

Yeah I'll probably go through it by myself first then with friends.

It's because of the RMAH (Real Money Auction House) so yes, it is indeed because of Activision, Thomas Tippl and Bobby Kotick. That RMAH is estimated to give them metric tons of money, which is why they are so easily able to basically give away copies of D3 with the Annual Pass for World of Warcraft.

Very well put!

Well, it was a stress test on their servers to figure out how many people they could connect to a single server. So they found out they can hook about 300,000 people to the current amount of servers they're using for the beta (hell, could be just two or three). Very nicely done and I'm sure this helped them out

I remember this guy. He's made multiple videos about this. He always makes these videos about the games.

I played it before it was released, immediately canceled my preorder for it later that day. It was so awful, and I don't see how they could have turned it around enough for me to drop into it.

How come fitocracy isn't on Android phones? If it was I'd get it.

Well, with the mass media's track record of this type of thing, they'd swing it the opposite way and say that he was somehow practicing for his mass murder, how they usually do with any games where you can kill others, especially shooters.

If you look on their forums, I believe there's a working multiplayer mod that the community has been working on. It worked decent when I tried it months ago and should be up to par if they're still working on it.

It's awesome how good those are for hangnails. Also, I found that going to get a peticure helps extremely well with an ingrown toenail, and it's usually cheaper than going to a doctor and far less painful.

See the post I just made above this one.

That one point about him getting the achievement for killing a lot of people for honor kills was what bothered me. It's one of those little quips in the article that other media's would focus on and blow out of proportion due to it having to do with killing people as well, then try to say that some kind of study that
