You can always rescan to change ownership. And because these are toys meant for display, and the box forms a nice little display case on its own, I like having them all set up. But I have a Peach who fell out of the internal packaging, so she's in box, but I'm still scanning her in and using her. I don't know why…
I actually do prefer the mispackaged ones. I want to keep them sealed, but I want to use them as well. When the base is on the side like that some of them (not physically damaged or bending), you can easily scan them in through the sensor and keep them in package.
Some of the other doctors, true, bu the 10th is personable and almost compleely reliable. If there's a problem, he usually solved it or facilitated the solution.
I can't believe nobody else has said this yet, but:
Scientific/Thinker/Futurist: The Doctor (I think the 10th would be most appropriate here)
It looks like a better toy, but it's definitely less true to the original design of MMX. Depends what you want I think.
Oh, I'm definitely not ignoring it or saying it's not worth playing. It will probably get more play than any other game for the next several months in fact. Like I said, I may very well change my opinion and rank it above Project M for me once I have some more time in the game. And I have no rose colored glasses…
Directional impact (or vectoring which may have been totally removed now), wall and floor teching, the entire ledge grabbing mechanic being altered, and as mentioned earlier, gravity and hitstun as well. Still not saying which is better, but there ARE a substantial number of differences.
Fair enough, but I don't think it will ever come to that.
I don't believe I ever said that... I know most players aren't into competitive smash. I'm just saying for those that ARE, Project M might still be the game of choice.
I've seen very mixed results. Some are all for it, some are willing to give it more time, others have been very turned off by it. Like all sequels, it will take some time to find it's place. I'm just saying that for me, Project M is still in the running as my top Smash game.
Competitive smash players have a lot of fun too (most of them anyway, and all the ones I play with). It's just probably not the type of fun you enjoy. I'm not saying SSB4 should have been competitive only, just that I think Project M will still find supporters. It wouldn't have been in development for years with…
Oh absolutely. I'm beyond pleased that this game exists, and I wouldn't want a "pure" competitive smash game. For one thing, the sales would be awful. Everything I said is a personal opinion, mostly because the people I play with are in that "competitive" mindset. I would rather have fun and play with items and…
Everything that you said is absolutely true, but deeper gameplay as a result of a glitch has a long history, going all the way back to combos in Street Fighter II, where it was embraced and became an important mechanic. No matter how it came about, the deeper mechanics is what pro players want. Not that Smash 4 is…
I like SSB4 more than Melee too. I think current rating of the games (purely how much fun I have playing them) is still this:
