Sorry this is so late... I am an Old and go to bed early on Saturday nights.

Me too! I can't grill outside (mostly closed-in balcony fire hazard blah blah) so the grill pan saved me from a life without steak!

Hahaha I know what you mean! I used to work in a Williams-Sonoma and sold a few of those. Now I will never look at them the same way...

People have mentioned Le Creuset, but I much prefer Staub. Glossy finish and dark interior, easy to clean, retains heat so well, stovetop and oven... Love it! Here's a three piece set - I have that plus two larger Dutch ovens and a larger fry pan. Totally worth it.

Love times a million. Star Trek references are the best references.

There's an etsy shop, Pegasus22, which sells lovely masks and supplies very cheaply. I got one of their masks for $3 and it's gorgeous/way better quality than anything in the craft store. I recommend this because the mask curves up into points at the top. You could probably do a lot with that - have fun decorating it,

I actually stopped watching BBC America's "Copper" (New York, Civil War period) because it went from interesting storytelling to more graphic stuff, violence too. In comparison to other shows it was pretty mild, but I feel like they messed up a good thing because they somehow needed more boobs 'n' blood.

Oh my gosh, I have had some terrible crushes (boys and girls). The first one I remember was in first grade. He taught me how to say "fuck" but I didn't actually know what it meant. Same with the middle finger. He was a notoriously picky eater and only ate bread crust. I made him a jar full of it and my dad got pissed

I agree, it would be great for someone of his stature/fame to come out - I can just imagine how hard it must be for someone so famous to overcome fear of rejection and possible loss of income, as well as ingrained ideas about who one is and where one fits in. So I do wish he could come out and do a lot of good, but I

I feel like this does a massive disservice to Ken Burns's documentaries, which (because I'm a lame PBS viewer) are some of my favourite things ever.

Fried okra is so good. Being in MD I'm just on the edge of being southern but damn, I love me some okra.

Real crabcakes are amazing. Though other places seem to do them differently - they're more bread-like or something. Crabcakes should be almost all lump. Ok, now I want a crabcake.

Sounds delish. I love good barbecue. And for the crab cake on Mac and cheese, maybe adding a little old bay to the bechamel, a little green pepper... Mmmm...

Oh nooooo... It looks like I have a new recipe to try. I wish lump crab were less expensive!

Okay, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that he's gay. I always have - it's like something in my lizard brain gets set off by this guy. If he is, I wish him well, because being a "leading man" and being (forced by his career) in the closet must really suck.

I love fried Mac and cheese - I get it every year at the renaissance festival (and yes, it's on a stick). On the other hand, I hate ground beef. I think a crab cake in the middle would be better, but I'm from MD, so I think crab cakes go with everything.

I wish my clitoris lit up like that. No need for the bathroom light for my midnight pee.

Oh no! My family (Belfast) does not do it this way. I mean, at all. And during study abroad in Cork I never saw this. Maybe it's regional? I had never heard of it before I saw it in college (and I had spent time with family in Belfast and Sligo pretty regularly). I am not disagreeing with you, it's just never

Omg so true.

Hahaha that's my husband. And yes, we drink odd craft beer and make it too.
