These are the kind of supporters who would be disappointed when Bernie couldn’t finish his entire agenda in two years, forget to vote in the midterms, and then call him an ineffective president when a Republican Congress blocks all his legislation.

Am I starting to sound bitter about other Sanders supporters? That’s

Like dress up day at Gawker Media.

YES Tatiana Maslany!

I’m surprised that a sitting Supreme Court judge would comment publicly on the election. It’s inappropriate. Everyone can assume to know her opinion about Trump, it’s not hard to guess. But publicly commenting on the election destroys the appearance of impartiality.

A unicordiot

I will weep if Murtagh dies. Maybe on par with Claire losing the baby.

I answered phones for a DNA testing company that would break down ancestral DNA. (It’s an imperfect science but lots of people pay for that shit). Anyway. A LOT of white people thought they were part Native American and they almost never were. Unless your ancestors come from Central/South American or you part Puerto

Yeah, I’m trying to prepare myself for that. I would hate to see that particular character go, but won’t be shocked. Not as many beloved GoT characters died as I thought would last night, so I feel like Outlander has to make up for it, karmically speaking. (Karma, in this instance, being GRRM and Diana Gabaldon.)

There is definitely something primal about Dougal that I find attractive, but logically know he’s an ass. You should be warned that in the finale I think the story doesn’t shy away from the reality that a lot of Highlanders die in that last battle. I don’t know (haven’t read the books) but I think we might lose a lot

There is supposed to be months between when Claire and Mary left the mansion and we they are reunited. I listened to the podcast and Jack beat his brother to prevent showing vulnerability in front of everyone. It is supposed to be a weird coping mechanism.

Murtagh has become my favorite character but I have a sinking feeling his days are numbered.

Graham McTavish deserves all the Emmys for that scene. He just fucking nailed it. He’s also fucking dreamy. I go back and forth between loving and hating this character so often, mostly because McTavish is so charismatic that I can’t hate him for long.

I wanted to jump thru the screen and hug Murtagh. I will marry you, Murtagh! though you are a penniless Highlander, you are a loving godfather and a total badass 😍😍😍#pleeeeasesavemurtagh

The Jack-Mary wedding was the the most depressing part of this episode but necessary for the narrative.

I know a lady with an immune disease (scleroderma) who takes chemotherapy drugs for it, and she calls it chemo too. I think when people have these kinds of invisible illnesses, having treatments that have names that convince regular people of the seriousness of their conditions is a way of dealing with the stigma of

Ugh. Yes. I feel a pretty put-off by the fact that she thinks no one knew who Nina Simone was before this mess of a movie came out. That’s just an insult to the massive waves that amazing woman made in her lifetime and after.

I think Zoe should maybe never open her mouth on this subject again. It’s like she’s got a shovel and she wants to keep digging deeper and deeper...

Ah, now I know without getting too much info. Thank you. Maybe that is why they picked actors who seem to be about 10 years older than their characters so they could play older versions of themselves as well. I’m sure they will just give her a couple of grey hairs.

“Height of Dougalness” is an amazing term and I am going to use it forever.
