No of course, you can't really include dresses, although I do have a couple plain black ones, in various fabric weights, so I can still wear them with everything else (jacket/scarf/sweater and any jewelry, etc) which is nice for traveling.

TL;DR: Build yourself a uniform, people! It makes life so easy! That way, with the accessories, anything goes. Accent with jewelry, scarves, ties, etc. in whatever color and only use 1 or 2 accents.
