Texas winters are somewhat mild, so when we aren’t experiencing Ice-mageddon (insert year here), I can finally put some miles on my air-cooled baby without sweating in awful places.

Air-cooled safari 911, like my pal* Leh Keen is doing. Taller shocks, skid plates, off-road tires, mud flaps, etc. The only thing I’d have to change is to make it run on some bio-fuel or poop.

Left disappointed not one person yelled “WOOOOORRLDSTAAAAAARRRRRRRR!!!”

A guy in my town was selling the exact model/year in red for $16K. It sat in his driveway for months before (I’m assuming) it was sold to a fellow Jalop.

I’ll bet there was a spirited debate in one of the production meetings to decide which color LED to use...

I was in the start/finish area during the first 12 laps of WEC, and it was about 50% capacity. Sadly, this will probably the limit at COTA since sports car racing is not quite at the level of even a major tennis tournament.

Have you tried Franklin BBQ yet? If so, was it a religious experience for you?

Damn good question. I don’t think anyone has headed that up yet. I would guess at Cars & Coffee Plano, Oct 3rd.
