Corporate technology department. I tend to wear casual dresses and skirts, but it's Friday. Though, having to wear suits makes getting dressed easier - there's less choice involved. And I like pantyhose.

I'm going to work soon (doxtor's appointment) and I'm wearing denim boyfriend capris, long sleeve t shirt and no make up. You have my sympathies.

It varies with what type of nurse you are. Many work very traditional hours at doctors' offices and other clinical settings. Plus there are a host of other options available to her if she were willing to actually work.

I shudder to think what I would have written about Duran Duran. My middle school locker was embarrassing enough.

Brats, beer, and corn here.

Are they still going to have her make bath tub gin? Or is that too hip now?

My kids are 9 and 5 - they love them. Sing along, but are still grossed out by the kissing. I think they are super cheesy and present a really unrealistic view of high school, but so did Sweet Valley High.

As one of those moms who works, thank you. Thank you for doing what I cannot do and doing it well. I will write a check for supplies but I don't have the time to do anything with them. Teamwork!

I have very conflicted feelings when my kids watch the various High School Musicals - especially the third one. Complicated grown up feelings.

The guy across the aisle from me in my Con Law II final crunched on an entire roll of Crunchy Sprees. I wanted to kill him. My grade probably suffered because I was so angry and distracted. Still annoyed 15 or so years later.

I was meh on the whole show but I binged on it and it grew on me. It's really funny - the first season's Thanksgiving episode made me laugh so hard I had to pause the show. It really reminds me of Friends - in a good way.

Plus there's no chance of the business end of the corkscrew ending up in your finger delaying wine time while you staunch the bleeding and curse. Not that I did this or anything.

I think the biggest level there is to correcting this problem is wage/salary transparency. By cultivating a culture of secrecy around salary and benefits, companies are able to pay some people much much less than they are worth and able to prevent women and other protected classes from filing suit due to a lack of

Can there be another unit: Your Religious Book of Choice: Not A Science or Medical Textbook.

It's one thing my company does really right. We can sign up for a set amount and they will deduct it from our bi-weekly paychecks, send it off, and match it. I'm sure they get a huge tax break but it means I can donate more to my charities than if I had to write a check all at once.

Thanks for posting this. We are doing our corporate giving stuff right now and I just added a local group that provides financial assistance to women in need. And my company will match it.

They love the Kraft box stuff. I think they would eat 3x a day if they could.

In their defense, it is the good shell kind from Trader Joe's or Annie's (I think they are the same), but still. How can something be too cheesy? That's like saying my glass of water is too wet.

I KNOW. It is perfect. Completely perfect. And it really shouldn't be with all the crazy stuff that's in there, but it is.

My kids hate turkey and all related food. Except for mashed potatoes and rolls. They get mac and cheese. Out of a box, aka the "good kind" because homemade is too cheesy.
