I won’t dispute the negative aspects that Allan Pinkerton employed his agency. Union busting etc have been well documented. However, to focus only on this aspect of the men and women that were detectives/agents does diminish the noble activities that were conducted as the Pinkerton’s over several decades.

doesnt look good that they’ve already tried this once and it got tossed from court pretty quickly (weezer) and they dont seem to have pursued legal action in the case of a tv show AND another video game... they’re fighting an uphill battle and i doubt a judge let’s this go too far.
