Its saying that cause his switching the default browers from Edge to whatever. I think the joke is just that no one uses Edge so its funny that the system is trying to get you to try it...i guess?

Win 10 gives that prompt when switching from the OS default, Edge, to anything else for default browser.
It looks like it’s a new computer/fresh install and he’s switching away from the shitty new browser that Microsoft tries to pretend isn’t just IE all over again. The pop-up is trying to prevent him from changing it.
The one thing I always hate is the depiction of the idea that it’s the players versus the DM. Either the sadistic killer DM gleefully stomping his player’s hopes and dreams, or the rules lawyer players destroying the DM’s carefully-wrought game world.
JesseCoxx is DMing his own show now on itmeJP’s channel (who started doing D&D shows on Twitch back in 2013):
He does a pretty good Paul Mercier impression in RE6. It does highlight one of my least favorite aspects of the RE games, and that is how they rotate VAs in and out of roles almost willy nilly.
I’ve been switching between listening to Adventure Zone and Critical Role. I like them both but though I hear the Adventure Zone story becomes something really special the longer you listen, the voice actors/party in Critical Role are very, very impressive and very easy to get invested in.
Oh, you mean Multi-Award winning Table Top Game Dungeon World by Adam Koebel with Sage LaTorra on the drums? I second your point, specifically because it takes so much more control away from the DM by limiting the scope of what you can do from “everything” to “these moves”.
I would say that Mercer’s voice acting is an utterly essential part of him being a fun DM to watch on a stream, but a very secondary part of him being a good DM to actually play with.
Improvisation skills are super helpful, which I’m sure his acting background has helped him practice with. Keeping the mindset of “Yes, and...” helps keep action and ideas moving forward, and being able to create situations on the fly is invaluable.
Let’s not ignore the fact that Mercer himself is a talented VO in his own right, with a hefty number of credits in both anime, animated shows, and video games. For example, he’s the current VA for Kanji Tatsumi, having taken over for Troy Baker halfway through Persona 4: The Animation (And does the job so damn well…
As Gita Jackson wrote about this week, games like The Sprawl have a little more of that push-and-pull dynamic between players and DMs built into their rules. D&D, by virtue of its age and its legacy, can still fully be run as a Dungeon Master squeezing their players through a tightly defined, and limited, story of…
Here’s a good example:
Convince game companies to actually punish people for saying shit like this. Like zero tolerance policies. You do this even once perma-banned.
Man, someone get this to a good Dr. Strange cosplayer STAT!
I am soo conflicted. as much as i have played PoGo, i don’t like its capture mechanic at all, and i hope we can still battle and capture normally in this game. that aside. this does look interesting, though Im rightly tired of Kanto at this point.
Bluuuuuuuh. Hard to get excited about this. Pokemon with couch co-op sounds incredible, but with Pokemon Go capture mechanics? I’m skeptical, but I won’t dismiss it just yet.
this is good dang
Here’s the moral quandary my players ate up:
Im the type of DM that loves ambiguous choices. Letting my players argue it out for 45 minutes is both hilarious and gives me a break to do some more planning.
