Well it shows EA has very little to do with the game other than funding it. :)

Split screen for the most part sucks, I however love coop. This game did splitscreen great and isn’t as annoying as it is when playing shooters. The fact that it had online split screen is what sold it to me. If it was local splitscreen only I wouldn’t have picked it up.
Haven’t you heard no one invites friends over anymore....
“The title will be part of publisher Electronic Arts’ EA Originals program, dedicated to funding small independent games. The partnership came to fruition when Patrick Söderlund, the Executive Vice President of Electronic Arts, approached Fares personally for collaboration after being impressed by Brothers.[12] EA…
One of my pals routinely will go over to one of our other friends’s place to play Overwatch. to do this, he must bring his entire Xbone and plug it into an entirely different TV, where they can play together, which is just insane to me. Imagine if you literally didn’t have to do that!
This, do you know how hard it is to find a split screen racing game these days.
Ah, but without the capacity to generate continuous revenue streams, even these sell-through numbers may not be enough to convince EA that investing in further titles of this nature would be a good idea.
Remember, it’s important to continuously monetize content; executives designed the first rule of that god-awful PUA…
How am I not surprised. Maybe because it wasn’t stuffed with lootcrates.
Split-screen coop is back, baby!
That’s good news for them, but I’m extremely confused why the document notes it’s a 2019 release. I mean, you could say it’s Fiscal Year 2019 but it was clearly still projected to release in FY2018 so that still seems weird to me.
I await his hollow apology and suspension from the team, like always.
Yep, that’s how the last election went. Thinking we’re too good for idiocy to prevail is definitely not enough.
There is no guarantee Dems will win the House and/or Senate. We need to get involved - donate, calls, hit the streets. Sitting back and hoping the GOP is just going to implode is NOT going to be enough.
I understand the type of information that was on Facebook, as in addresses, phone-numbers, emails, political beliefs, family members, etc.
Yeah, to be clear, I think there’s absolutely zero reason to trust that any multi-billion-dollar corporation will do things in our best interests. And it’s remarkable that games have stayed at $60 for over a decade, anyway. If anything, that number’s only going to go up given how much game budgets have inflated.
I know this is article rather news-worthy and I don’t want to diminish Jason’s great journalism here, but this is one time I could have told you “Well, no shit”.
A recent online rumor got people buzzing about a possible 2018 release of PlayStation 5, but that’s probably not…
It’s nothing new. Look at all the games capitalizing on Super Mario Bros’ success. Sonic, Alex Kidd, Kid Chameleon, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Bonk, Banjo and Kazooie, not to mention all the other terrible character platformers of the past thirty years were all chasing that success to varying degrees of success.
Is this what gaming has become? One or two games get popular and then every company has to make a battle royal game.. Same shit happened with survival games after Dayz. That hasn’t turned out well.
First I’ve heard of the Nazi. Looking into it now, sounds super shitty :(
