After the screening takes place, the resume is then sent to the hiring or direct manager for review. Once they look at the resume, they either dismiss the applicant or schedule…

I include an objective at the top of my resume, it usually contains the name of the position applying for. Think of it as a cover letter summarized down to one or two sentences.

I do not provide a cover letter. Resume speaks for itself.

Thats what I've been meaning to do. I want a second savings account, seperate of everything else. Then directly deposit a % of my pay into this account. Everything is already autopay, so thats easy enough.. and on months with 3 bi-weekly checks, and raises and bonuses, that account will slowly grow into an emergency…
