Agreed. the drop test on cnet is "slightly better" but all the other tests Cnet does are pretty nifty too.

He is making the phone better. Don't ask questions... and good lord don't get that phone wet.

Agreed

Really? he is dropping it on a cobblestone road... meaning every crack and groove in the street is a variable...

Sue baby sue, but your specs and features are still being past by... In 3-5 years, the iphone will be a thing of the past... Think Windows vs Mac.

Yea, it seems they did not make a big deal about those because android has been doing them for years now.... So once again, Apples "new features" are a lack luster attempt at catching up to current technology....3 years, the iPhone android battle is over... Android will be on every device that matters and apple

That was amazing... but it really should have been done to this soundtrack

Oh god yes. Typing on the fly at work.. not really a good excuse but.... wow.. haha

Best comment ever.

... accidents happen...

Yea, I think there should be an industry standard for all torture tests... a set of servos mounted on a tripod that drops the phone the exact same way comes to mind. Even the Cnet tests are prone to variables just because it is the human hand dropping it. I agree, the drop that cracked the S III screen was just bad

I highly doubt its better then the galaxy s3 in any situation... watch a legit torture test performed by the people at cnet...

Its wicked fast. People are going to think I'm wicked smart holding it... but in all seriousness... I am getting this thing

This is the article I have been looking for on Giz, not biased and well written.. Thank you Brent Rose

" Not even after the back broke for the third time" - That is why people put a phone made out of glass in a case. Your entire article is a troll mode attempt, and its working. WTG....

What if you say, "1234 main NORTHEAST, anytown IL" will it pick that up?

I like it, however I have always been fond of the "buger drive" Take a flash drive apart, one with a led works best... then cover that mofo with hot glue, the more the better. When you plug it in, the LED light dissipates thru the glue giving it an orbing look... and when its not plugged in, it will be misshapen and

agreed, IMO that beer needed some bacon.

Wow, Okay pack a lunch little girl this is going to get good.

Well what I mean, the Iphone 5.... did not really innovate anything, they just played catch up. They threw in a new chip.. that matches specs of last years android phones, and they made the screen longer.. Really?
