OK, but I still don't get the point of them. Are they for networking? What's the deal? What is rushing? Are all the movies that include a sorority/fraternity accurate/bullshit/little of column A etc?

I am a foreigner and I do not get this Greek system thing. Is it just a massive popularity contest?
Yeah, it's named after a guy called Spooner: [en.wikipedia.org]
heh, we called farts "botty coughs". It's too adorable.
Yay! spoonerisms!
Really? This sounds like it was copywritten by marketing after a myth analysis. Like those write ups in magazines that say "try Pantene, as used by Courney Cox's hairdresser" which is just a load of BS since I am sure her hairdresser doesn't use Pantene.
Yeah, could be. A lot of roos are culled because of population size. It would not surprise me that it's nomming on a roo.
What strange, made up words does your family use?
So, I'll take a stab at this. It's not particularly large or round or whatnot, it's just that's it's a rather nicely shaped, pert, toned bottom. And you don't tend to see that so much in the UK. It's not a nation of gym bunnies. It's a nation of chips. And curry. Also, everyone's in jeans, rather than lovely, well cut…
It's not that it's big, or round or out there, or like, gross.
Please, this is an educational video aimed at Aussie men. It should have been called "A long time coming".

Voodoo! They charge $20 for a pair of opaques but they are SO AWESOME. I have had a couple of pairs this winter and they wash really well.
So, I can't have been the only one who thought of this when Ben did his proposal:
Well, let's put it this way - I am surprised they've not killed each other yet.
I've been rewatching the entire series recently, we're at the stage where Holly has just arrived in town and Spencer has his flesh beard.
Yeah, that is weird. I know a friend of mine who has a shop always bitches about the shoe ordering systems from warehouses, they send you a bell-curve set of sizes, when all she really sells is 8s, 9s, and 10s. And is constantly telling them they need to supply larger sizes.
I guess it's because 7 is a sample size (?) and then they just scale it up... and it doesn't work. boo.
Yeah, I live in Australia and we don't have those stores. I think Nordstrom is starting to ship overseas but I don't often have luck with online shopping with shoes, mainly due to the width issues :(
