After my ill-advised purchase of a decrepit but somewhat functional 1997 Acura CL, I can attest that there is a certain satisfaction to be had.....

Given those choices for a rental (price being equal), I would have opted for the Kia Forte. The last time I rented one, I found it to be a decent little car, plus Android Auto was a big plus when using my phone for navigation.
