Yup, my bone stock automatic ‘01 Z28 managed 300 rwhp. Given that it was factory rated at 310hp at the crank, I‘d say some liberties were taken with the numbers (mostly to appease LS1 Corvette buyers, I’d imagine).
I’m going with Corvair. The eyebrows, trim and hubcap all look Corvair-ish. Plus the trunk looks the part.
