I think the free-to-play games market is filled mostly with people who didn't normally play games before that. They've become hooked because they were able to try it out without an initially high price tag attached. I think the people that have been willing to spend $60 for a really solid, full game will continue to

haha, thanks.

This is pretty awesome but it seems like it doesn't account for player's salaries who are being paid by another team. For example, it has the Yankees on the hook for $18 million for Alfonso Soriano and $21 million for Vernon Wells for 2014, but the Cubs and Angels are eating a huge chunk of that for each player.

Exactly. See my reply to SquigglyWatercraft above.

Don't forget "defiantly." Makes me want to smash myself in the head with a hammer.

You're a sneaky one.

"Irregardless" is one of those words that's been misused so much that's it's become acceptable and interchangeable with "regardless," sadly.

Irregardless is like nails on a chalk board to me.

My mom does the same with bread. I guess a benefit of the tortilla over bread would be the flatness of the tortilla, as opposed to the bread making sort of a lump in the center of the tin.

Thought for sure I had stumbled onto BuzzFeed by accident while reading this.

Grabbed one myself in 2006 for about $30 on ebay. Could fit about 100 Nintendo ROMs on a CDR and play them all on the Dreamcast with no modding, as you said. So much fun.

This is a cool idea but I wonder if it would be easier (and maybe cheaper) to do with an inexpensive Android tablet. You could still mount it on the wall and then you'd have touchscreen capabilities and wouldn't have to leave the screen on all day.

The native app uses Yahoo! for its weather but they are slightly different in presentation. Neither really gives a detailed forecast, unfortunately.

I took the line, "it's fantastic for wrapping gifts, and it allows you to re-use the wrapping paper again next year" to mean that the gift giver would re-use it and not the recipient. Sorry for being much dumber than you.

For sure. The "pay it forward" idea seems a lot more sensible than saying, "Now that you've opened that gift - and I hope you like it - can I have that piece of cloth back?"

Yeah that whole chart is completely jacked up.

So you give them the gift but ask them to return the wrapping fabric? I guess if the gifts are staying within the same household that works but for situations where you're giving the gift to someone else, it seems a little awkward to ask them to return the packaging the gift came in.

Same for me. I feel like most of my time is spent in lobbies, waiting for enough people to join.

That Arctic Monkeys cover was excellent and, while they're both good, I prefer that to the original as well. Anyone not checking out Live Lounge covers is really missing out.

Completely agree. I went back and forth so many times between PS4 and Xbox One, but ultimately went with the One because it felt like more than another game system. I know the TV integration and extras aren't for everyone but I've enjoyed being able to quickly go from game to TV, or even snap TV to the side while
