Prescriptively, however....
1) Who cares about "graphical fidelity" when a game's art style is top-notch.

As an owner of a beefy computer, graphics and technical fluidity certainly matter to me. It is NOT in any way, shape, or form the end-all be-all, but when choosing which platform to play on it's an easy matter.
Is the PS4 region locked this time around? If so, WOW what a shame. If not SWEET!
And have it crash constantly, while being interupted by notifications of all kinds? Nah.
It's also not a game I want to sit in my computer chair for.
That would require gamers to buck up as a whole.
