I’ve read they also have female fighters (also known for badassery) which tends to spook the more fundamentalist locals. Any truth to this?

I’m guessing pretty well

This is cool. Also, I wonder what this guy’s occupation was prior to this conflict which necessitated a bullet proof car. Or maybe that’s more just a factor of the inherent risks involved in living where he does. Damn, my life is not difficult and I should not complain about anything.

Dude is awesome if the story is true.. but BMW needs to step up and offer him a free UPARMORED bulletproof Beemer. This run-of-the-mill stuff just doesn’t cut it versus 7.62

It’s still a problem, because no inmate had the ability or even the incentive to report on the corruption they were taking part in, whereas a “normal” employee would. I’ll admit that this is an unfair assumption on my part, but it’s really not that difficult to imagine that a prisoner wouldn’t care all that much about

I just finished telling my husband about this and I told him if that was me he better punch all of them and push them off. Like what the fuck. I can't even begin to imagine how horrible that would be. That poor woman.

Pretty sure I just felt my vagina sew itself shut.

Currently snorting my birth control off of the back of a bar toilet while googling clinics that perform hysterectomies on otherwise healthy 30-year-olds.

DUDE. ONLY $16 MILLION. SHE NEEDS ONE BAJILLION DOLLARS IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS THE WORST THING I’VE EVER HEARD.

No. NO. Why? Literally when in obstetric nursing would you ever PUSH the baby BACK IN?!

No, it is absolutely not normal, hence the $16 million verdict. That shit is definitely malpractice.

I love her take on this.

You know what, though, for once I’m ok with someone who thinks the First Amendment means “I get to say/do whatever I want with no back talk.” Because he's in third grade and that's how we learn.

Umm...nope.

Yep. There's a principle in social psychology called the fundamental attribution error. It states that when judging other people's behavior we pay more attention to stable, internal factors ("that guy's a jerk who hates fat people") than to situational factors ("that guy's probably in a bad mood right now, maybe cuz

"Recently, I had to get up early for a 7 a.m. flight to attend a family member's funeral. I only had about an hour's worth of sleep, because I was back and forth between phone calls making arrangements. Things at the airport were crazy as usual, and the flight wasn't looking like it would get out in time. Right at the
