But there is such a thing as too many options (sort of an analysis paralysis). It’s true that there is basically any option you could possibly think of on the internet in terms of recipes but that almost makes it more difficult for people. I love to cook, am food adventurous, shop at ethnic bodegas whenever

The biggest reason I use them is it eliminates food waste. When I go to the grocery store I inevitably end up throwing away a ton of food because it’s very difficult to shop the ingredients for multiple different meals for two people and get the right quantities. Sure, I could use the same ingredients a few nights

This is about as “on brand” as it gets

I think the point is that all those things you mentioned can be done on your phone that you are carrying anyway. So is it really worth paying a few hundred dollars every couple of years to get a new watch when you’re already buying a new phone every year or two that will accomplish all those tasks?

Please don’t punish me because that person was a dick.

I’m 6'5" and already have the hard plastic seatback uncomfortably pressed against my knees. When the person in front of my reclines it takes the situation for bad to MUCH worse. If the person behind you is remotely tall the extra pleasantness you get from an inch or two of reclining is nowhere near the amount of

Music wise hip hop has had a nice run this decade. We have had truly great albums from Kanye West (MBDTF), Kendrick Lamar (TPAB and Good Kid Madd City), Drake (Take Care) and Run the Jewels (RTJ2) just to name a few off the top of my head. On the R&B side both Frank Ocean and Beyonce have really brought it as well.

The inventor of the big Mac died this week. He’s from the Pittsburgh area. That’s my guess.

The original post with the joke was funny. The person I replied to didn’t make a joke.

A prediction based on the evidence available doesn’t become stupid when the outcome turns out to be different. If I told you today that Alabama has a 60% chance of winning the National Championship that doesn’t automatically become a bad prediction if Wisconsin happens to upset them in the playoffs.

Really though? Isn’t the only step of cooking eliminated by Blue Apron measuring the ingredients?

The Ringer has definitely been disappointing to me. I think Grantland Lite really is the perfect way to describe it. It still features some of my favorite writers but a lot of the stories feel rushed and half written. I think they’d benefit by slowing the output and taking a bit more time with some of the pieces

Pretty much what I tweeted the morning after the election: “The only redeeming thing is that now Donald Trump has to put up with being President for 4 years which i don’t think he ever wanted to do”

Agree with everything here. I actually don’t think Ready to Die or MBDTF are perfect but I think Illmatic is. It’s just those moment of humanity that put them ahead of Illmatic on MY list. Those three albums are on a level of their own for me though. There’s no wrong answer and I certainly have no argument against

So of course when I was planning on what I would say about this album I was going to lead with “This is the only perfect album in hip hop history.” So I guess I’m not alone. Obviously we line up very well since we share the same Top 3 just in different orders so there’s not much more that needs to be said but I’ll

Definitely saw it and will absolutely be sending you something. I think it’s a great idea.

I’ve been traveling all week so I haven’t been able to respond and I’ll probably post more later but this is my number 1. I find more and more to love about it every time I hear it and it really is in a league of its own. It’s flaws actually make it better for me because it is so personal (your #1 is an absolutely

For anyone that doesn’t think that Biggie is the best rapper of all time, I’d love to hear the alternatives (I admit there are a few responses I wouldn’t be able to quibble too much with, but not many). Like I said, I can see Kendrick getting there for me eventually. He’s been doing things that awe me the last few

Ready to Die is my #2 Album of all time. Up until recently, it was my #1.
