Ah, I should’ve mentioned I’m playing on Hard. The big problem in the early missions was a lot of high attack speed enemies, and not enough characters who could take that kind of hit.

Black eagle was hard going in the first few missions, but I’ve leaned heavily into the whole magic thing, and my merry band is a wrecking crew. I’m starting to think magic is OP in this edition. This game never ceases to amaze me. I remember being shocked that people were still finding new tricks to win fights faster in 2006. Sometimes I think people will still be discovering little tricks in this game in 2050.

I don’t get it. How does one “steal keys?” Would this be like, someone working for a company with the ability to distribute keys, so they run a few dozen off, sell them on G2A, and when those keys are used legitimately they will already have been activated?

I didn’t read it as blame, more of just “this is why I made the decision the way I did.” It doesn’t seem like placing blame when you then immediately clarify that the decision you made was wrong.

I was like you once, until I discovered our Lord and Savior Kindle paperwhite. Hundreds of books at my fingertips, on a screen that looks very much like paper (more of a white satin cardboard, really). And when I finish a book, I can purchase and be reading a new one in seconds. So say we all! :)

I remember that across from our hotel in Aki there was an office building. Each night, we could see the same three people in there, working very late hours. It made me feel kind of sad.

I couldn’t get over how clean Tokyo was for a city its size. But, if you come from America, that will probably be your reaction to most of the country. In Kyoto, the largest piece of trash you tended to see in public was like, a bottlecap. In Tokyo, that seemed to graduate to a smallish piece of paper.
