Chevy Bolt. Has the tech, the range is good, and you get the rebate. You can get a damn nice one for $23k and the rebate brings it under $20k.  Here’s one listed at $23k local to me that has leather and the Bose sound system.  Also has lane assist and adaptive cruise.  Sheesh I may go after something now that I

This looks amazing. I’d be surprised if it came close to meeting that weight target though.

Great pic, that you’re tracking (Auto X’ing) an X/19 is fantastic

I agree after taking a closer look at the pictures, the interior and engine bay look nice, especially that interior. It doesn’t look like this was a rusty car, but there was some corrosion and it did not get a pull it apart bare metal respray. Car looks nice, but not top dollar nice, and I don’t know if even top

The rust has started. Be wary.  There’s probably more.

Seems like the seller is trying to get their money back on the work done. It’s nice, but seems like (maybe) and $18k car to me.

Why does each child require their own row of seats? They’re 5' tall, not 5' wide.

When you wake up, how much charge does it have? 100%! So should your PHEV/EV. If I had a gas pump in my garage I would spend far less time refueling

Lots of people don’t have wide enough garages for kids to open two doors of an SUV and climb in. The sliding doors on a van are *chef’s kiss.* No more worry about your kid dinging the

And most importantly, sliding doors

Sliding door superior. swinging door inferior.

The only thing that compares to a mini van, is another mini van.

It’s also just a vast misunderstanding on how EV batteries degrade. at 8-10 years the battery will have about 80% of it’s original capacity by most manufacturer standards. the 15-20 year range is for when the manufacturer thinks a buyer SHOULD replace the battery but is not actually required. The battery will just

There are no CUVs or SUVs that have the interior dimensions or rear load height of a basic minivan

If they reimagined a modern pickup at 75%, it would be almost a normal sized vehicle.

Here’s my soap box to climb on. How about we make some Happy Cars for a change?

Can’t sell the public a car that lasts 20 years otherwise you’ll turn into Instant Pot and have to file bankruptcy.

It’s easy: Wireless android auto/carplay, keep physical buttons for the important stuff (volume, all climate controls), a touchscreen (because that’s what carplay/android auto are designed for), physical buttons on the steering wheel, a dashboard display separate from the center display.
