That looks more like classic Expedit than Kallax — the sides are the right thickness. I have stacks of Expedit in my basement that I grabbed from the last bit of local stock because the Kallax still doesn't look as nice.
Have you tried going through the process again? Or maybe checking if your Kindle has a different email address than Kindle apps installed on devices? It's working fine for me :)
In the full video, they show that the key comes in a little flip-top chamber that you put on your keyring.
