Not really. New CoDs are basically map packs with new weapon models/textures. Maybe a perk change or two. It's not really a new game, just an expansion pack masquerading as a new game.

Everything can be hacked. It's just a matter of time. (Usually a short amount.) Even for the 3DS.

I'll be honest with you - competition is good for the industry. Especially for Nintendo, who have been around forever and know what they're doing. (I mean, for the most part.)

The reasoning is that people don't want to buy two 3DS's so that they can play games from two different regions. For example, you are American but you import Japanese games.

Don't forget that they're still trying gimmicky crap with the Wii U controller.
