You're last paragraph killed your entire rebuttal. Magical zombie? Whoever said zombies are magical? This is the universally accepted definition of a zombie: a human infected by a virus that has really poor motor and cognitive skills and can only be killed by destruction of the brain. Anything else, is not a zombie.

@Garlador: Well there's something called an end user license agreement. Even though it's pretty weak and probably won't hold up in court, it's an agreement nonetheless. You can do whatever you want with your console, no one's stopping you, but if you violate the terms of that agreement, Sony has the right to fuck you…
