Seriously. I have hundreds of meltdown stories that stem from undiagnosed or untreated anxiety and depression. And most of them bring on more anxiety and shame.

That server had to tip the hostess a percentage of your bill whether or not you left a tip. So you didn't hurt the hostess at all, you only hurt the undeserving server.
