You know I was reading a conversation once about the death toll between various religions and atheism. For years, I would do the standard “But Christianity is worst!” until I realized that every dogma has a potential to be violent.

Yes, I agree with a lot of what you say. My point of contention comes from these few lines.

This is what I hate. If you criticize Islam, everyone screams Islamophobia. No one has a problem noting issues with Christianity. Islam gets a pass.

I’m Canadian, so I didn’t lose any election. The Liberals won here, so....

“The source of the wage gap myth is a misinterpretation of data from studies comparing the wages of women as a whole compared with men as a whole. Men, as a whole, work in higher paying fields for more hours per week and for more years of their lives so that’s not an apples to apples comparison”

Someone can say the Earth is flat and vaccines cause autism. They could then demand I should respect their opinion. Sorry, but facts are facts.

There’s tons of research out there regarding why men are paid more. And no, it isn’t always because they are more competent. It’s because they are consistently seen as more competent even with the same degree, work history, etc.

“generally working to make male lives worse and not making womens lives better”

Yes, ugly people are certainly discriminated against. I don’t think that a penis magically makes discrimination go away.

“But do you think that men with facial deformities are really in a better position?”

Wow, that’s such a great way of putting it!

“Manosphere” is talking about a specific community of mostly men that hate feminists and female equality. They are basically super racist, homophobic, transphobic, the works.

The problem for women happens when you are born with facial deformities, like myself. Or you just plain rather be taken seriously as a person rather than a fuck toy.

Good advice. Sadly, I have a nervous habit that makes me rub mine. So I have to get them tattooed or I would have nothing at all!

Hilariously, Deviantart started my whole internet addiction. I used to spend hours on that site a day. Now I barely go to it in a year.

For years I’ve collected pictures of models for references for sculpting. So I have definitely noticed a trend of fashion magazines using more and more celebrities (and “celebrities”) instead of models. Obviously, most people won’t care about this issue. But it actually really pisses me off. Like some commentators

Fact of the matter is, no one really cares about environmental degradation. This is ultimately the problem with humanity. I remember driving through BC once, and even arguing with a fellow BCer here. All I saw riding the bus for ten hours through BC was clear-cut after clear-cut. The land was dead. The only thing

Can you explain to me why anyone should support the British Monarchy? Can you also explain to me how after their ancestors were such murderous bastards, we are supposed to keep this family in comfort for what again? I’m not trying to be an asshole. But I honestly don’t know much about this family other than they are

Why can’t I comment on Kotaku? It’s annoying that feminist articles always get cross-posted here, but I can’t comment.

The best part is I was reading Youtube comments today (I know, I know, but I love to argue so there is was). Somehow they honestly believed the ethics in gaming journalism horseshit.
