Thats a good point, I think it depends on how many letters you need and if you can then guess the answer from having an additional letter or two. I was mostly thinking that if you Google the clue you will get more context for the answer than just looking at the letters in the solution, and might retain the information…

There are lots of people who track movies, video games, music albums, etc. on Librarything. It is designed mostly for books but other media is supported, and no one will stop you from cataloging anything you want.
For awhile Librarything had a promotion where you got a free lifetime membership if you signed up via the app; I’m not sure if that’s still going on. Personally I prefer using the website. I paid my $20 in 2007 and I've never looked back.
You can do all of this with Librarything, which costs $20 for a lifetime (or free for less than 200 books). Including tracking who you loaned books to.
Not specific to this recipe, but 3 Ingredient Happy Hour is my favorite article of the week. I like to try to guess if I have all 3 ingredients based on the title before I open the recipe.
